Canvey Island Photovoice Workshop
The Yellow Door, Poplar Road, Canvey Island Poplar Road, Canvey IslandThames21 BRIC has teamed up with professional photographer Jack Delmonte to run a series of community participation photography workshops on Canvey Island. The aim is to bring the creativity of photography and the power of the image to raise awareness of issues around flooding on Canvey and what it is like to live in and surrounded by a wetland. Auxi-le-Château , FranceThe CPIE Vallées de l'Authie et de la Canche, in partnership with the Auxi-le-Château media library and CEREMA, organizes several events around climate change. Throughout the month of November, you will have the opportunity to come and admire an exhibition on the “Birth of a sustainable world”. A training day for everyone will also take place on Saturday 19 November. For schoolchildren, a theatrical company will come especially to raise awareness among the youngest with interactive performances.

As an active member of the Interreg BRIC project, the Oise-les-Vallées Urban Planning Agency was asked by the Entente Oise-Aisne to participate in a flood risk awareness day on Saturday May 13, 2023 from 2 p.m. at 5:30 p.m. In all, there are nearly a dozen actors (French Institute of Major Risks and Environmental Protection Trainers (ifforme), the departmental fire and rescue service of Oise, CPIE Pays de l'Oise, the LPO…) who are mobilizing as part of the National Day of Resilience in the Face of Natural and Technological Risks.
